Straight answers

Rules differ by institution, and the responsibility for following yours sits with you. We build reference implementations and learning material, the same category as a textbook solution manual or an open-source repository. Most students use a kit as a starting point they extend, understand and can explain. If your department requires fully original work, use our Bespoke track or treat a kit as study material only.

That is the entire point of how we package things. Every kit ships with a module-by-module breakdown, inline comments written for a learner rather than a colleague, a 45-minute walkthrough call, and a viva question bank covering the questions examiners actually ask about that architecture.

Ready-made kits are delivered in under 48 hours, usually the same working day. Bespoke builds depend on scope and typically run two to five weeks. If your deadline is tight, tell us the date before you order and we will confirm in writing whether we can hit it.

Yes. Send us your department's guidelines document and we will align the report structure, margins, font, chapter numbering, certificate page and reference style before delivery. This is included in the Complete and Bespoke tiers.

Setup support is included with every tier. Share your operating system, versions and the error output, and we will get it running, over chat or on a screen share. We keep pinned dependency versions for exactly this reason.

Kits are, by design, available to more than one buyer, which is why they are priced the way they are. If you need a project that is unique to you, that is what the Bespoke track exists for, and it includes a similarity report so you can prove originality.

Small adjustments such as renaming, restyling, changing the dataset or swapping a chart type are handled free within your support window. Larger changes to scope are quoted as an add-on, and we will always tell you the price before starting.

If a kit does not match its listing, or we cannot get it running on a supported setup, you get a full refund within seven days of delivery. Because these are digital files, refunds are not available simply for a change of mind after download.
