Detects a likely crash from phone sensors and texts your location
Overview
An Android app that runs a foreground service reading the accelerometer and gyroscope while you ride or drive. A sudden spike followed by stillness triggers a countdown the user can cancel; if nobody cancels, it sends an SMS with a Google Maps location link to saved contacts. It is an academic prototype, and the report discusses false alarms openly.
