Overview
Converts speech into a sequence of Indian Sign Language signs. Audio is transcribed with Whisper, the text is simplified towards ISL word order by dropping articles and auxiliaries and lemmatising verbs, and each word is mapped to a sign clip. Words without a clip fall back to finger-spelling letter by letter, so no input leaves a gap.
