Overview
A Microsoft-stack pipeline from commit to production. A multi-stage Azure Pipelines YAML file builds and tests a .NET web app, deploys it to a staging slot on App Service, runs smoke tests there, and waits for a named approver before swapping staging into production. A bad swap is undone by swapping back. It is sized to run on Azure for Students credit and the Azure DevOps free tier.
