Publicly traceable donations and every rupee of spending

Overview
Verified charities create causes, donors give test ETH, and the contract records each donation against the cause. Spending is only possible through the contract: the charity files an expense with a receipt uploaded to IPFS and the payee's address, so the public page can show exactly where each donation went. Nothing is taken on trust. Runs on Sepolia or local Hardhat with test funds only.
