Order ahead for a pickup slot while the kitchen works a live queue

Overview
Students browse the day's menu, add items and choose a pickup slot, which closes once the kitchen's per-slot capacity is reached. Orders appear instantly on a kitchen screen grouped by slot, and staff move them from placed to preparing to ready. The student gets a live status update and a short pickup code, and pays at the counter when collecting.
