Customers search cars by city and pickup and return times, and only cars free for the whole window are shown. Price is worked out from hourly, daily and weekly rates plus a refundable deposit, and payment runs through a gateway in test mode only. At handover staff record fuel, odometer and photos of every panel, and the return inspection compares against them to settle damage and extra kilometres.
