Overview
The shortest route from a Dockerfile to a public HTTPS URL. A Flask app is built by Cloud Build on every push, stored in Artifact Registry and deployed to Cloud Run, which scales it with requests and down to zero when idle. Each deploy becomes a revision, traffic can be split between two of them, and a custom domain is mapped with managed HTTPS. It fits comfortably inside the Google Cloud free tier.
