OTP-verified, one-vote-per-student elections with results after close
Overview
The election officer creates posts, approves candidate nominations and sets a voting window. Students verify with a one-time code sent to their college email, and a database constraint guarantees one ballot per student per post. Ballots are stored separately from the record of who voted, and results unlock only after the window closes. A conventional database design, not a blockchain.
