Token-weighted proposals, a timelock and a treasury the DAO controls
Overview
Uses OpenZeppelin Governor with an ERC20Votes token, so voting power is snapshotted at proposal time and cannot be borrowed for a single vote. Passed proposals queue in a TimelockController before they execute, and the timelock owns the treasury, so no single wallet can move its funds. A Next.js portal covers delegation, proposals and voting. Deployed on Sepolia or local Hardhat with test tokens.
