Tickets as NFTs with capped resale and a QR check at the gate

Overview
Organisers create an event and mint seats as ERC-721 tickets bought with test ETH. Resale goes only through the built-in market, which caps the price at a set percentage over face value and limits tickets per wallet. At the gate, the holder shows a QR signed by their wallet; the scanner checks ownership on-chain and marks the ticket used so it cannot enter twice. Sepolia or local Hardhat.
