Overview
A Flutter app with ready-made beginner, strength and cardio plans that users can copy and edit. During a session it walks through each exercise with sets, reps and a rest timer, and logs the weights lifted. Steps come from the phone's built-in step counter sensor, and weekly charts plot steps, workout volume and body weight so progress is visible at a glance. Data stays in SQLite with optional Firebase backup.
