Overview
Git becomes the only way to change what runs. GitHub Actions builds and tags an image, then opens a commit against a separate config repository; Argo CD notices and syncs the cluster to match. Dev, staging and prod are Kustomize overlays, promotion is a pull request, and rolling back is a git revert. It all runs on a local minikube or kind cluster, with images in the free GitHub Container Registry.
