A three-node cluster built by hand on Vagrant VMs, with etcd backups

Overview
Kubernetes without the managed service doing the hard parts. Three Vagrant VMs are prepared with a container runtime, kubeadm initialises the control plane and joins two workers, Calico provides pod networking, and Ingress-NGINX exposes a sample app. etcd is snapshotted and restored after a deliberate break, and a node is drained and upgraded. It runs on a laptop with around 8 GB of spare RAM.
