Overview
Registers land parcels with survey number, area and owner, and stores scanned title documents on IPFS with only their content hash on-chain. A sale is a three-step flow: the seller lists, the buyer accepts, and a registrar account must approve before ownership moves. Every parcel keeps a full ownership history that anyone can audit. Built for Sepolia or local Hardhat, using test accounts only.
