Overview
Cinemas define screens with seat layouts and price tiers, and schedule shows for each film. When a viewer picks seats they are locked in Redis with an expiry while payment runs through a gateway in test mode only, and every other viewer on that show sees the seats grey out live over WebSockets. Confirmed bookings produce a QR e-ticket that staff scan at the screen entrance.
