Overview
Drivers see nearby parking lots on a map with live free-slot counts, pick a time window and reserve a specific slot. The Node.js backend locks the slot in MongoDB so two bookings cannot overlap, then issues a signed QR code that the attendant app scans at the gate to start and end the session. A web admin panel lets lot owners add slots, set hourly rates and view occupancy by the hour.
