Overview
A home pet camera that runs a COCO-pretrained YOLOv8 model on the webcam and saves a snapshot whenever a dog appears, with a cooldown so it does not fill the disk. A small Flask gallery shows the day's photos, and an optional step fine-tunes on the Oxford-IIIT Pet dataset so it can name the breed as well.
