Overview
Purchases are entered batch by batch with supplier, MRP and expiry date, so the same medicine can sit in stock across several batches. Billing picks the earliest-expiring batch first, applies the item's GST rate and prints an invoice with HSN codes. The dashboard flags items below their reorder level and batches nearing expiry. An academic prototype, not certified pharmacy software.
