Overview
The accounts office sets a fee structure per class with heads such as tuition, transport and exam, split into instalments with due dates. Concessions apply per student, and each payment the office records is allocated to the oldest open instalment and produces a numbered PDF receipt. Dues reports list defaulters by class, and parents can log in to see what is paid and what remains.
