Client deposits, release on approval, and an arbiter for disputes
Overview
A client creates a job, names a freelancer and an arbiter, and locks the fee in the contract. The freelancer marks the work delivered; the client either approves and releases payment or raises a dispute, which the arbiter settles by awarding the funds to either side. Each job is a clear state machine with tests for every transition. Uses test ETH on Sepolia or local Hardhat.
