Overview
A small version of the services teams use to know their site is down before users tell them. A scheduler checks each URL for status code, response time and expected text, opens an incident after repeated failures so one blip is not an outage, and alerts by email or Telegram. A public status page shows current state, recent incidents and uptime computed from stored check history. It runs locally or on a free-tier VM.
