Overview
An employee pre-registers a visitor with a date and purpose, and the visitor receives a signed QR pass valid only for that day. Security scans the pass at the gate, the host is notified by email on arrival, and check-out closes the visit. Walk-ins are registered at the desk and need host approval, and old visitor records are purged after a retention period.
